Tarclone Infrastructure Solutions is a cooling solutions provider and supply chain partner for the mission critical market. Based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Tarclone serves colocation, enterprise, and wholesale data center operators in the 0–100 MW range, along with the engineers, contractors, and manufacturers' representatives who design and build their facilities. Tarclone covers the complete chilled water plant: chillers, dry coolers, coolant distribution units, and thermal energy storage to tie a system together. Rather than sourcing each piece from a different vendor, customers work with one partner who takes responsibility for the whole plant—one contract, one team, one warranty.
The model exists because the industry has changed. 1) Rack densities are climbing past 100 kW, construction schedules are compressing, and power, water, and production capacity are all under pressure at once. Operators need cooling partners who can move at the speed of the build, keep the supply chain transparent, and stand behind the equipment after it ships. 2) "Smaller" data center builders and operators are underserved as major manufacturers give preference and support to the biggest data centers being built. Tarclone was built as a solution to both, drawing on manufacturing partners in Europe, Asia, and the United States and bringing additional support and production capacity to North America.
Tarclone is led by Tony Fischels, President and Owner. Tony brings more than 15 years of experience in chilled water systems and data center cooling, with prior roles at Trane, Daikin Applied, Vertiv, and AIRSYS USA. He has spent his career serving many roles — account management, product development, international business, and leading teams as a director and executive. That experience shaped Tarclone's approach: be direct about what is known and what is proposed, name the friction early, and earn trust one project at a time.

Yes. High-ambient environments are based on location, site plans, and operating conditions. In general, our air-cooled chillers operate to about 131°F. We select for your true design temperature and also address recirculation issues at the system level.
In most cases, yes. Semi-custom is our specialty. If a catalog unit can't meet your specification, we'll do our best to engineer one that does.
Standard one-year parts warranty, with extended two-and three-year parts and labor options. Warranty, spare parts, and service are coordinated in the U.S. by Tarclone, and we recommend on-site critical spares with every project.
Yes. Commissioning-level pricing is included on every quote.
Both. We work with a small circle of trusted reps and engineering partners and honor channel relationships. If a partner brings the account, we protect it. End users and contractors can also engage Tarclone directly.
